About Jason McQueen:
Jason has been playing various sports since he was 5 years old. He started with Soccer, Baseball and Diving and moved into Wrestling, Track and Football as he got older. In his College years, he studied and practiced several Martial Arts and Soccer, which grew into a passion for both. Since then he has grown to love all outdoor activities including hiking, biking, camping, snowboarding, skiing and just about any sport you can imagine.
Jason has learned through all of the wonderful sports and activities he has been involved in what the body is able to accomplish. He brings his personal passion for sports and outdoor activities into his profession, energizing his clients to make activity a way of life.
Jason really enjoys helping people to reach what ever goals they put in front of themselves. Fitness is just as much mental as it is physical. Reaching your fitness goals isn’t always cut and dry and that is where Jason comes in. He has helped his clients enhance their way of life after major injuries and surgeries as well as improved his more advanced clients abilities whether amateur or professional.
Fitness Philosophy:
Live life like there is no tomorrow, but train your mind and body for a million tomorrows. Having too much of a good or bad thing can have negative effects on your life. Working too much or too much stress can have obvious negative consequences. On the other hand, so can having to much of a good thing. Creating a healthy lifestyle and balancing the opposing forces in your life will bring you…harmony.
